Independence and Strength

Does a big brand really make a difference? In perception, perhaps, in reality, no. Like an empty room can be filled up with Styrofoam boxes, so to can all those empty boxes be easily outweighed by a relatively small amount of lead or steel. This speaks to the difference between quantity and quality. Rare is David and Goliath one and the same. Within every company large or small is a culture of attitudes that prevail. And the culture is set by the owner’s advocacy either through direct promotion or a permissive posture which allows staff to act however they like without correction or consequence. A difficult lesson for us all in life as in real estate is perception can be far from reality and reality is often far from perception. Whoever you hire as your Agent you are hiring a culture with a set of attitudes; that then combined with the individual agent’s talent and experience and ones one personal orientation towards others, life, and the overall calibre of lifestyle that one lives. As a boutique agency our qualitative approach means that your property is our priority with a one-on-one approach with every suitable buyer insuring your properties agent representation enhances and does not detract from the buyers’ decision.

By strength we mean clear like a reliable GPS system. A GPS system is based upon a pre-set familiarity of the terrain ahead knowing where you are and knowing exactly where you want to go. At no point does the GPS insist you follow it; it merely clearly points out the way for you to follow in order to arrive at the pre-set destination. Likewise, the local experience of our Agency has bred a familiarity of the road ahead to the successful sale of your home. The difference, however, is the price expectations we have are often not factoring in that the paths before us can shift, making selling a home that much more in need of an experienced guide who’s word you can depend on particularly if the going gets tough.
